- Igbo League is registered as a not-for-profit organization in the State of Indiana.
- It will seek 501 (c) 3 tax exempt status
- It’s work will be overseen and governed by a Board of Director with an Executive Director that will be responsible for her day to day running and implementation of Board decisions and programs of Igbo League
- A Board of Advisors will be established to advise the Board of Directors
